 Cleaning Safety Policy:
We love making homes clean, but some situations require specialized services. We cannot clean areas with active pest or rodent problems, excessive waste or filth, hazardous materials, significant mold, needles/sharp objects, severe clutter or hoarding, or other unsafe conditions. We may also decline or modify a cleaning when the space is much larger or in substantially different condition than described at booking. If we determine that a space cannot be safely cleaned, we reserve the right to stop service.
